The hotel has a beautiful pool area.
Our stay was a nightmare from the start. We arrived late and received no welcome, just confusion about our payment, despite having booked months in advance. The room was disgusting, with nails sticking out and poor air conditioning. After moving rooms, we were faced with broken facilities, and the staff was unhelpful, ignoring our complaints. Dining was a fiasco, with incredibly long wait times and incorrect orders, and on top of everything, we felt threatened during checkout over a bill we had already settled.

The stay was enjoyable, especially the beautiful pool area. We loved that the kids had plenty of space to splash around, and the view of the Pyramid from the rooftop was a delightful bonus.
My kids wished for a better food selection for families. Offering a kids’ menu would greatly improve the dining experience.

Great for Short Stays with Friendly Staff
I had a comfortable stay during my two nights in a Superior Room, enjoying the spaciousness and clean facilities. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, which made a big difference in our experience. However, the area surrounding the hotel isn't very tourist-friendly, making it difficult to explore without proper transportation.
